Agricultural Fairgrounds's Purpose
The St. Croix agricultural and food fairgrounds are officially known as the Rudolph Schulterbrandt Agricultural Complex in Estate Lower Love. It is the primary venue for Agrifest, the annual Agriculture and Food Fair of the U.S. Virgin Islands
Agricultural Fairgrounds's Purpose
The fairgrounds serve as central hub for the Department of Agriculture's research and development initiatives as well the administrative offices for the department. It also house one of the largest open field mango tree groves on the island.
Agricultural Fairgrounds's Purpose
While best known for Agrifest, the fairgrounds also host other events, such as the Pate Festival and other cultural celebrations. Located centrally on the island it also serves as one of the most accessible farmer's markets on island.
